When considering a move to Nevada and the Reno or Sparks area, it is important to understand the variety of different neighborhoods and what they have to offer:

Spanish Springs
Just past North Sparks, Spanish Springs offers so many beautiful single family homes and all close-by a large shopping center and the upscale Red Hawk Golf and Resort. Spanish Springs also offers so much potential for buyers who are looking to buy vacant land as well and begin customized projects for future new construction. For those looking for a more rural area, Palomino Valley and Pyramid Lake are only a few miles north.

Sparks is distanced from the downtown-atmosphere of Reno but still a close traveling distance when looking to go out on the town! The quiet, clean Sparks Neighborhoods are ideal for families looking for a safe and friendly environment to reside in.

Downtown Reno
In the heart of the city, Downtown Reno provides the exciting and unique entertainment scene. The Ace’s Ballpark, River Walk and countless local restaurants make Downtown Reno such a hot-spot for enjoying a beautiful day or evening.

South of Downtown Reno you will find the fresh ambiance of Midtown, which is a perfect area to indulge in an endless amount of eateries and shopping outlets. Midtown has recently been booming with various businesses and housing opportunities.

Old Southwest
Old Southwest Reno holds some of Reno’s most sought-after older homes with quintessential location for convenient access to all of Reno’s attractions.

Damonte Ranch
Even further South, you will reach Damonte Ranch, with lovely newer-construction neighborhoods and convenience shopping. Close by there are also three major golf courses and several gorgeous hiking trails in Reno’s forested mountains.

South Meadows/Double Diamond
On the outskirts of Damonte, South Meadows and Double Diamond have modern and pristine neighborhood communities.

Virginia City Highlands
Up in Storey County, a short drive from the Damonte area, there are properties and vacant land with incredible views from the elevated mountains, ready for new buyers looking for a private and remarkable place to live.

Donner Springs
For those who are looking for a neighborhood with a location for advantageous access to Mount Rose for skiing, snowboarding or the beaches of Lake Tahoe, Donner Springs can provide just that.

Hidden Valley
Secluded from the bustling city are the communities of Hidden Valley, perfect for residents who appreciate beautiful mountain views and close by golf courses.

Galena/Monreaux/St. James Village
Also near Mt. Rose, are these undisturbed homes shaded by the tall forests of the Nevada mountain ranges with exemplary golfing opportunities as well.

Pleasant Valley/Steamboat
With Carson City nearby, this countryside community is perfect for homeowners looking for somewhere peaceful to live, separated from the city, but only a short distance away if they are looking for some excitement.

In Northwest Reno there is the beautiful master planned community of Somersett with over 3700 homes. There is a recreation center, a golf course and trails that hikers and bikers would dream of!

Close by the California border is the quaint small town of Verdi for those who are looking for a smaller living community among the forest trees, and don’t mind a bit of a drive to commute to the city.

North Valleys
East of Peavine Mountain there are many diverse smaller communities of North Valleys, including Lemmon Valley, Panther Valley, Cold Springs, Golden Valley,
Stead and Red Rock. These areas are almost always horse-friendly for residents who appreciate the rural, spacious living environment that the Valleys have to offer.
